Bed & Breakfast A Casa di Lia a Roma is a boutique B&B located in a peaceful residential complex from the 1920s with a private park on the Lungotevere Flaminio, just a few steps away from Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, Foro Italico, Stadio Olimpico, Auditorium Parco della Musica and MAXXI Museum. It's far from the noise of traffic and the crowded streets of the capital.
The B&B is located in a panoramic penthouse at the 5th floor with an elevator and access to roof terrace overlooking the Eternal City, in the magic of the secret garden of Villa Riccio, in Flaminio, an international destination for art, sports, and culture.
It's the ideal choice for visiting Rome and walking to sporting events, games, concerts, shows, museums, and art galleries, experiencing an authentic Roman experience, and not a touristy one, in a safe and charming environment.
The B&B offers its guests two cozy charming rooms, each with its own bathroom, furnished in shabby-chic style, equipped with all the comforts and services, including sheets, towels, hairdryers, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee machine in the vintage breakfast room.
In the double room, which can also be used as a single, the double bed can be divided on request, and an extra bed can be added. The en-suite bathroom, with a window, also has a whirlpool tub for guests' relaxation.
The other room has a comfortable queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower, ideal for solo travelers.
The view is on the terraces and roofs of Rome, the Parioli skyline, the Lebanese cedar, and the trees of Villa Riccio.
